Dual Wield plugin updated to 2.52

I have updated the Dual Wield plugin to v2.52 with the following changelog:
- Identified and corrected an issue where the engine might consider a battler as armed in their offhand, when wielding a two handed weapon and nothing in their offhand.
The intended behavior when using a two-handed weapon is that there is no offhand strike at all, as it takes both hands to swing the weapon. The game adhered to this rule, despite the menu extension believing the actor had an offhand attack value, leading to a display issue in menus.
The Menu Extension plugin has also been updated to v1.28 with the following bugfix:
- Identified and corrected a display issue on the parameters scene for YEP_StatusMenuCore, where if the parameters were arranged in a way where one of the parameters I added (block chance, block percent, mainhand hit/crit offhand hit/crit) was the first in the list, the font size would be inconsistent with the other parameters listed on the scene.
