Greetings once again.
I have uploaded a new version of the Dual Wield Menu Extension plugin, v1.37, with the following changes:
- Corrected a bug where actor-specific priority slot/parameter names were never being used.
- Class priority slot name tags were always overriding actor specific ones, even if the class one was an empty string.
- Updated plugin parameters to grant more control of the way the main and offhand attack parameter, as well as the weaponslot are displayed.
- You can name the main and offhand slot (default is still 'Main' and 'Off')
- A new parameter was added for displaying the attack parameter name.
- A new parameter was added for displaying the weapon slot names
- %h can be used in either of these new parameters to be replaced by the current 'hand' name.
- The priority slot names have also been changed to allow for %h to be dynamically replaced in those names as well.
- Support has been added for YEP_X_InBattleStatus
- Added an offset parameter to prevent hardcoding a text offset again. The default value works fine with the default screen resolution/linespacing/font size
- The scene most resembles the YEP_StatusMenuCore status scene, with the main and offhand values in the top row. If the actor is not dual wielding, and doesn't have a shield equipped (or show block is turned off) the attack bar will be double-wide.
- Added an optional parameter to remove the extra level box at the bottom right of this display. The actor status above also shows level, so this is unnecessary, but without it, the bottom right block will be blank instead.
The feature adds were both requests from user Noctellion. Thanks for the great suggestions.
Also, while working on this plugin update, I caught and fixed a minor issue with the base dual wield plugin. I uploaded v2.67 revision a with the following fix:
- Corrected a typo which would cause damage formulas that used 'user.atk' to perform damage splitting incorrectly.
