Version 1.03 Update

Good morning everyone.

I have uploaded version 1.03 of the Dual Wield MZ plugin which corrects the following problem:

• Corrected an issue reported by user mmiller9280 where the plugin would incorrectly not load when used in projects that were not using the VisuStella ElementStatusCore plugin.

This was because I'd aliased a function from that plugin to draw some menu parameters without checking to see if that plugin was actually being used first. Since most people who are using the BattleCore plugin are also using the ElementsStatuCore plugin, this bug went unnoticed until now. Thanks for the catch mmiller9280!.
