Crafting System Update v1.05

Updated the Crafting System plugin and the demo project to version 1.05 with the following bugfixes:

• Corrected an issue where the help window text would incorrectly show the category selection help text instead of the ingredient selection help text, in cases where the crafting scene was accessed via the menu command, but there was only one selectable category (either due to the others being hidden, or there only being one), resulting in the category selection window being skipped.
• Fixed an issue where the plugin parameter to bind specific crafting categories to the menu scene wasn't working correctly, and binding only a single category to the scene would result in a blank unselectable command being added to the window.
