Crafting System v1.02 Update

I have updated the plugin and demo project to version 1.02 with the following changes:

• Pressing the left cursor on an ingredient slot that has a quantity of 1 will now set the quantity to 0, and remove the item from the ingredient list.
• There is a new plugin parameter to enable/disable the ingredient category window. If this option is disabled, the item list window will take up the bottom half of the scene, and will list all items, weapons and armors in the player's inventory that are valid for the selected crafting category, instead of filtering them by item category (see attached screenshot).
