Minor Optional Patch

I have added a small patch file, at the request of one user, which hides the fourth ingredient slot from being drawn, and skips it's slot on the crafting interface. This simple patch needs be loaded after the crafting system in your load order. Use it if you wish to only ever have 3 ingredient slots available in the interface.
