Version 1.11 RPGMaker MZ release

Greetings all.

I have recently taken the time to confirm compatibility between this plugin and RPGMaker MZ. I have updated the plugin to version 1.11 to now officially support MZ. It has been tested with the VisuStella BattleCore plugin, and compatibility has been verified between it and my MZ dual wield plugin.

The compatibility fix was minor, so rolling it into the MV version was the simplest solution. Moving forward, both the MZ and MV versions of this plugin will be the same file, so if you owned the original MV version, you already own an MZ compatible version of it, simply download the update from your library, or the store page.
