MZ - Hide Empty Skilltypes

This is just a quick little snippet plugin.

What it does, is it prevents certain windows from seeing the full list of skilltypes that an actor has access to, and instead provides those windows with a curated list. The list contains only skilltypes for which the actor has a skill learned.

This will effectively hide a skilltype that the actor does not know any skills for, allowing you to keep your command windows a lot more sleek looking until those skilltypes are needed.

It also has the bonus of hiding skilltypes for which the actor knows skills, but cannot currently see any of them. This specifically targets the VS_SkillStatesCore plugins ability to hide skills either in battle, or out of battle, or via a variety of other means. 

If the skill list window for this skilltype will be empty, the skilltype is hidden.

This currently works specifically in the battle and skill scenes, and does not do anything at all in other scenes. Note that because of how it works, this plugin will likely need to be modified to support the VS Skill learn system plugin, as without modification, this will hide any skilltype you don't know a skill from, preventing your players from actively learning skills from those skilltypes until they've learned at least one.

I don't have any screen shots of this in action, as it's so basic, so use your imagination.

Note: This plugin has not been tested to work on RPGMaker MV, but it is fairly likely that it works in the same way. No support will be given for modifying the plugin.
