Version 1.03 Update

Greetings all, and happy holidays.

I have uploaded a small bugfix to Crafting System MZ, which updates it to version 1.03 and corrects the following problem:

• Opening the crafting scene via plugin command to a specific category, or via a specific category command bound to the menu will no longer cause a crash error.

As far as I can tell, this problem was present in the MV version of Crafting System that was updated to become the MZ version, and it squeaked through my QA tests without being noticed (shame on me) during the porting process.
