Version 1.13 Major bugfix

Hello again everyone.

This time a bring a small update to a major problem.

• Fixed a mistake in the script where playing any video on a scene that did not have a command window present would cause the project to crash. 
  • This plugin makes modifications to the function that plays videos, and mistakenly made that modification to all videos, rather than just videos played on the title screen. This caused it to do some things during video playback expecting to be on the titlescreen, when in fact, it could be happening anywhere, like, for example, a splash screen before the title screen via one of my other plugins.

Let this be a lesson in plugin creation for all; don't make two plugins in 24 hours, and then never test them together. It's a lesson I've certainly learned. XD
