Version 1.13 Bugfix update

I have uploaded version 1.13 with the following minor bug fixes:

• Corrected a compatibility issue where some other plugins were interfering with the level-up loops in this plugin, causing parameter gains to be unexpected, and the popup level-up display window to abort drawing text part way through.
• Corrected a crash error on the popup level-up window, where a value wasn't checked to see if it was defined before attempting to use it.
